I was wondering if the Low Cal Vitamin Water 10 by Glaceau can be counted for your water intake on the healthtracker.

I have not had any WLS or are on any specific diet at the moment  so it is for my own personal records ..

I would count it, along with other liquids.

Alright buddies ..

I actually wasn't counting the friut juice that i like to drink .. I listed it on the health tracker as a food .. but not as a water ...

I only buy the 100 % juice stuff .. usually Juicy Juice .. yummy

Thanks for your information

Blessings to all,

Jenn

YUP...what they said!
Fruit juice is marginal on how you can consider it. Also, you cannot count any caffinated drinks. They do not count as water. Hope this helps a bit more.

I was told by my NUT that I could count milk as a liquid intake, but to stay away from fruit juice as it is all sugar... and I am allowed to count cafinated drinks as liquids as well as long as it is sugar free...Guess everyones directions are different...

Yep... very different. I was told caffinated beverages can contribute to dehydration, so the caffienne cancels out the liquid being tyaken in. Was also told not to even drink fruit juice, as it is loaded with suagr / carbs.
