Kathy...I did terrible. About 15 trips up and down the steps here and a trip up and down steps at a business we were at. Ran ran allll day. Just getting home, and am still not up to pare, so am getting ready to hit the bed, early tonight. Have to get up early to take Paul to Denver for an appointment in the morning
You got in a good days activity!

Today I had 2 exercise spurts today.  Approx 1.5 mile dog walk around the lake this afternoon, nap, and then 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight.  2.4 mph and 212 cal left at the gym.  Feels good.  Can't wait till I can push things a little more.  But I will.

I don't know about today, and what will happen for exercise. I will get in lots of activity tho, as I have a hugely busy day.
Tomorrow I will be helping at the Alzheimers assn headquarters here in my area get ready for the 5 K walk on Saturday. then Saturday, I will do the 5 K walk. Now in helping to prepare, it is loading the truck with everything to take to the walk site, so lots of physical activity there! It will be about 4 or 5 hours of working to do this.
I did manage to get about $600 in sponsorship for my walk, so feels great knowing I can help.
Then Saturday after the walk, I have to get home, square things away here and hubby and I are on a plane to California to pick up his car. Catch the plane at about 8:40 pm on Sat... Gonna be a long tiring day! Hopefully good for another lb or 2 after today, Friday and Saturday.

The dogs and I walked around the larger lake today, just over 1.75 miles.  My legs were a little tired when we got home, sipped on my water along the way.  I didn't get winded like last week.  Soon we will be back up to out 3 mile walks, probably in time to stop them, due to cold weather and little dogs.  Gretta found a ****leburr this morning.  She kept stopping the walk to try and chew at her foot.  I eventually investigated and removed it, the walk pace returned to normal. 

Congrats on raising so much for a good cause.  You will be getting plenty of exercise loading and walking.

Don't think that Paul should really be driving back from Calif., oh yes, you will be behind the wheel.  Hehehehehe

Went to the gym and stayed on the treadmill for 50 min, my goal was to stay on for 45 min.  I did 1.5 miles.  Talked to one of my coaches and I will be adding weights into the mix starting next week.  Being that the gym is not far away from me, I will be going in the morning to do my cardio and in the afternoon to work on the weights.
I think I will be taking one of my 5 dogs out for a walk since it is cooling down, and the clouds are starting to roll in.

Wowwwww.. you are doing excellent! You guys are putting me to shame. I must get in several miles a day lately with all the running around and errands and stuff going on. No planned exercise in today, other than the running all day. But tomorrow will be putting in several hours of manual labor to help the Alzheimers assn then Saturday the 5 K walk so, at least those 2 days I'll be getting this butt movin!
Great Job Charlotte! (am I remembering your name right cofroglady?) Love the pic! You are beautiful!

Patrece, yea you got it right!
I am going to be heading out for a walk with one of my four legged pals this morning.  Then to the gym and off on some errands around town.  I am glad it is Friday!
