YOU DID WHAT?????   How on earth did you pull that off without having to drag yourslef half the way??? I could have never done that at the point you are at now. Please don't puch too hard!  Are you hurting from it? WOW you are doing great!

I have taken a nice long nap... but it wasn't really all that nice, as I had a really bad dream... bummer. But I'm  going to recover I think..lol

My walk to come when it cools off out there. It got pretty warm after the cloud cover blew through.

Hugs!!!!!  Sip sip sip

Yes I did, napped a couple hours.  This afternoon's walk was indoors, all the way to the pharmacy area in Target to get chewable tylenol, and through half the isles at the grocery store, with Dennis pushing the cart and loading, unloading the cart and car.  I would point at what he needed to get, had my Butler along for a slave.  Felt like enough of a walk, besides getting into and out of the car.

Guess all the exercise before surgery is paying off.  My lungs seem to tire before my legs.

I sip, sip, then full, full for a while.

Hugs, Kathy

Patrece, wasn't going to tell you this yesterday, thought I would get chewed out.  I was at the gym yesterday afternoon, did a whole 5 minutes on the treadmill at 1mph.   Yea, I know......

So tonight I talked Dennis into going for a short walk with me, thought we would do the 8 block circuit again, and would have, but Dennis is a closet ambulance chaser, we saw the ambulance go down to a house about a block away from ours, cut the walk to 6 blocks with Dennis.  I continued on the 2 blocks from home to the gym.  15 minuted at 1.6mph, no inclines or strenuous stuff, at least until doc says it's ok.  I know the area except the treadmills is strictly off limits for a long while yet.  The treadmill is easier than walking outside, no bumps in the sidewalk, stuff to trip over, cars to wait for.  I did sip on crystal light while I walked.

I notices my pace outside has picked up from yestertay.  I only got my heart rate to 104 today, usually in the 140-150's when I add inclines.

Til tomorrow, nuff exercise for 1 day.  Hugs, Kathy

This delicate butterfly went through the crashing of the ****oon first.  Wings still drying, I will behave as much as I can.  8 block walk this afternoon and 15 minutes at 1.6 mph with 2 block walk each way to the gym.  Count in the 3 naps that snuck up on me today.

My hubby and I went for a walk. I am guessing about 1.5 miles round trip. Gonna clock it when I go to walmart here in a bit to my me some healthy food. The grand tour at walmart must count for something in the exercise department too right? LOL.

I took 2 naps today. Am hoping the sore throat goes away by morning, and the swollen glands. We really need to get up to see Pauils Mom tomorrw. Skipped it today as I was afraid to get her sick.

So..I clocked that walk yesterday. It was 1.6 miles round trip. Not too bad. If I have time tonight, I am shooting for 2 miles.

Today, didn't nap as much during the day.  Did my treadmill time at 4 in the afternoon instead of after dark.  And just finished walking the critters again, not sure how many blocks, alot more than yesterday, not as far as my pre-op walks.  Hoping this will help with the being awake at 2 am.  So 2 dog walks and 15 minutes on the treadmill along with a few trips up and down the stairs.  Calling it a day for exercise.  How did everyone else do?
