Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
Oh yeah.... BTW I signed up for a Memory walk today. It is a walk to raise funds for alzheimers. It will be on Sept 12th. and is a 5 K walk. So starting tomorrow, i've got to get busy getting sponsors, that ought to give me some exercise! I am hoping to raise at least $100 for them, so I can get the commemorative T-Shirt... lol. I am looking forward to it! The walk will be great exercise, and I'll be walking with a group, from the curves club I am a member of and never go to...lol.

I had planned to go to the ymca and do a medium intensity water aerobic class during the times my husband was in classes on Monday and Wed. It worked out perfectly time wise. So yesterday, I went to the YMCA after dropping off my hubby. AND the doggone schedule was changed to Tues and Thurs! I was so disappointed, I just left the YMCA, instead of doing something else. And now the pool schedule and the exercise classes do not fit the time my hubby is in class at all. So.. maybe I'll find another thing to do, maybe stationary bike, or maybe hit curves on those days. I was soooo disappointed!

I put on 1.33 miles walking around getting sponsors for my Alzheimers walk on Sept 12th. Will also be walking here after while again, just for the sake of walking. My Ciatica (SP) Is really acting up on me today.. Makes the walking a bit painful, but I will do it!

I did well today. Slept till bout 3, checked email and walked the dogs 2.23 miles. They found a toddler to flirt with along the walk. As I chatted with the toddler's mom, discovered that I helped to deliver this child last Sept. Of course I didn't recognize the child, I did recognize the mom. She had the best compliments on her care during her stay.
Anyway, drank a large glass of crystal lite pink lemonade and just got back from the gym. I really hit the treadmill today. Upped my speed to average of 3mph, burned 420 calories in my 30 minutes. I upped the incline to 8% at times. My legs feel good, not heavy and tired like they do sometimes. Just 3 month ago, 2.4 mph and no incline due to sore knees. I couldn't keep up the the gal running on the next treadmill, then of course she was about 130#. My time will come. I wonder how the dogs would like to walk on the treadmill? Probably wouldn't want to, they can be skittish of things that move.
How is everyone else doing with the exercise?

keep up the great work. Many do not even think of putting out any effort before surgery, you are an inspiration!
