Candy, these last few weeks of the pregnancy will fly by.  You will then be out and about more, just pushing a stroller too.  Great exercise walking, and good for Braxten too.  Behave yourself until after delivery.  Hugs

Yep...what Kathy said! Listen to your doc. Make sure you do not over do on the walks right now, being ordered to be on bedrest and all.

After you have the baby and I get through my pending surgery, we are going to be walking and swimming fools.. get ready! LOL

Continue with the swimming pool for your exercises.  It helps to keep some of the weight bearing off your sore knees.  Hugs

If you knee is terribly damaged, youmay still need the rplacement, but imagine how much easier and better the healing and rocvery from it would be minus several pounds...

Keep up the swimming and best of luck to you in this awesome journey!

Hi!

I'm almost 2 months post-op, and am finding it difficult to stick to a fitness plan.  I know exercise is a MUST if I want to be successful and truly healthy but my lazy butt is not wanting to do the work.  There is plenty I can do, I know what these things are, and I know that I will be physically able to do them... there's just some sort of mental block going on.

Anyone have advice on what to do to get motivated, and get started???

Thanks!
Aly
