Well we are up and motiviating, having coffee and will be leaving soon for workout #2 for this week.  Got to keep on pushing myself no matter what.  I want to get another full week of 90 minute workouts in and hopefully some walking too if all goes well.

Great job Anna.  I made 45 minutes on the calorie burner program for the treadmill.  475 calories and 2.5 miles plus a great sweat.

Hi, what is your first name?  I go to the Anytime Fitness around the block from my house.  the treadmills have many programs to choose from.  When I checked out some of the other programs on the treadmill, found one called cal burner.  This allowed me to choose the # of calories I wanted to burn during my workout.  I could then adjust the speed and incline to increase the intensity and get the workout done quicker.

Thanks for the encouragement.  I have been getting outdoors walking more now that the snow is gone.  Yayyyy spring.

Hey Roxie, good to see that you added a pic to your avatar.  Have you been getting off your butt and exercising?

I have been out with the dogs the last 2 days, walked 2-3 miles each day.  I am amazed that my legs don't feel more tired when I am done.  I am sooo glad that the snow is melted and the sidewalks and bike paths are available for walking on again.  The temps have been in the low to mid thirties, still need to wear a jacket and gloves.  The critters look like they would like to walk another 2-3 miles when we return.  Boundless energy, then when they hit the sofa, they are out for a while.  Mention "walk" again and their heads pop up.  Anticipation, I let them "walk" with me to the kitchen, then the bathroom, then up and down the stairs.  One of the dogs reminds me of velcro, stuck to my side whenever possible.

Great attitude! Wishing you success in hitting that goal this year. You can do it!
I have a wii active and the wii sports and they are both fun and challenging. Once I get back to where I can execise again, I'd like to get the fit plus. Good luck with the 6 week challenge. Those wii games can really give you a great work out!

Welcome to our group! Great to have you with us.
