Not too bad??? Not bad at all! Great job! I haven't been officially exercizing as I have been working out daily with the painting and such. Am planning a walk today! NO painting either! lol

I got in almost 4 miles today...just a tad shy.  So, not bad for a lazy day huh? My dog Crystal took me for a walk. The plan was I would take her, but she insisted on leading most of the time..hehehe. She LOVES to go for a walk, but rarely take her or the others cuz they are NOT leash trained, and make it a challenge to keep any kind of pace. They were used to the 10 acres and dirt roads where they were leash free when walking with us, and this town walking on a leash is tough... lol. Makes for great resistance training tho!

I got 10216 steps today, lot of that out walking with the dogs.  Good job on the 4 miles.  Crystal must have enjoyed the walk.  I nearly had an accident out today, one of those farts you do not want to trust.  So glad to get home to my owm bathroom.  Speed walked the return trip for the provious reason.  Take care.  Hugs, Kathy

I hear ya! Never completely trust a fart after RNY. I hd to cut my walk with crystal short too, because I ended up with the urgent need for a toilet myself. don't know what it was, but something did not agree with me.

I have missed posting here quite a bit too..  I do not have my steps history, as my pedometer got mixed in with things as I was sorting and packing, and finally today I found it.
I got in 8098 steps today, after I found it and put it on. But did lots of work, that did not require steps to do, got a thorough workout today!

Well ya all, I am finally taking the time to post some of my activities,  I have been busy working out three to four times a week for 90 minutes at curves first thing in the am.   Last week I actually made it 5 days which was great.   I am finding that the more I go the more I want to go.   Along with that I have been painting the interior of my home which has turned into a long hard project but it will be worth it.
             Enjoying the taste of goal.   Down 117 lbs.

Anna...You are doing great! Keep up the excellent efforts! It will be so worth while..just as the painting project will be! Good for you!
I have been getting lots of steps in working working working, and probably some good stregnth training with all the lifting and moving of things. Nothing formal, but workin my tail off!

Hey all...been a while since any of us has posted here! I am not getting in any "official" exercise these days, as my days are being filled with working on so many things that are all physical activity. The most recent is my move. Lots of running around, lifting carrying, unpacking, etc.. you name it.. ya know how moves are I am sure!

The scale has not moved for me again in while.. frustrating ..well at times yes, as I'd think with all of this activity and work, I'd be losing...BUT I have to say the muscles in my outter thighs are really getting hard, and in my upper arms as well. Maybe a trade off going on here.. muscle for fat...could be?!

The upcoming week will likely be very chaotic and busy as well for me. I am not planning to take any major steps in any area of my life, until I get through the next week and get more settled in here. BUT beginning the following week, I really really want to begin getting back to curves at least 3 times a week. Have to check with the one I initially signed up with and see how I can go about transferring to the one closer to me. That will make it much easier to get there. Shaves about 10 - 15 minutes off the drive each way.

Whats going on in the world of exercise / activity for you all?
