Support Person

Awsome girl, Keep your head up we are all here for you!! I am doing my gastric bypass on Nv medicaid and surprisingly it was fast and easy. I hope yours will go as smoothly as mine did. If you have questions ask away we are all here for you.

Boy, what a way to have to go. But you can do it. I considered this surgery my gift to myself and while I do have DH for support; I would have rammed my way through a steel wall to do this for myself. We all have to create our own happiness and being healthy is critical!

You seem like an amazing person. Trust your instincts, find a caring support group, and do healthy things to ensure that you are happy. You deserve it! (I love to go to the library and check out my favorite books, or check out a good movie! My DH and family have started biking places that we normally drove to before. Freeze some yogurt and enjoy a low-cal treat!)

Life is bumpy and you get some bruises, but we will all be here ti give you support! Good luck and keep your chin up! Tell sis thanks from us!

Its all in the name . We are Buddies here! And we offer the support, encouragement, even a shoulder when need be. Heck, you may even need a gentle kick in the pants now and then, you can get that here too, in only the most loving of ways of course. You post ANYTIME! We are here for you!

A suggestion on letting mom down easy... tell her you REALLY need her for taking care of the kids during this time. Thats an important role! Just make her feel more special in her role. Works like a charm!

I am so glad you emailed your sister and she gave  you the support you needed!  And if need be I'm only in PA..not sure how far from  you but I'm always here lol. Keep us posted on how you're making out ok? I wish you the best of luck!!!
