HELLO EVERBODY

hI EVERYONE, hAVEN'T FORGOTTEN YOU. JUST BEEN VERY BUSY THIS WEEK.   HAD A SUPPORT MEETING LAST NIGHT.   I HAD TO BE THE LEADER OR SPOKE PERSON.
   I TALKED ON PROTEIN AND THINGS I LEARNED FROM YOU GUYS.   DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT YOU.

Good for you being a contributor to your group!  My live group will be starting here in mid October. You are welcome to come speak at it! I imagine it will take a while to build the group up. But will be working on it!
