Hey hey hey... I been up since 6:20 hahaha. Hence going to bed early last mingh. Took Imitrex... migraine gone like the wind. IIIII love 'em.
Lets have some yogurt. Boston cream pie is my choice for breakfast this morning... It is yummy!

good morning vic had my yougart for brkfast with 1/3 c of dry milk to add extra protien. dont know what to have rest of day.

feeling fine in some ways but not so good in others. my fibro is acting up terrible and i think that is why i dont have much energy. i need to call rumitoligist and get an appoint. thanks for your concern and i know where to turn if i need help. hugs robin
