It was nice to have ya there. I had to run off and get Paul his supper. I thought the talk about quilts scared you off. I was just asking you if you still had the 2 that I was making for the kids? Ya forgot to leave em at Pauls Moms before ya left Colorado. I still get heck over that from the kids... lol

Internet musta gone done and booted me out before the quilt talk... lol But No I do not have them, I did up until the move to Ohio a year ago.... Unfortunately my storage unit I was renting flooded when the town flooded...
Here is a link that shows the hotel, the day care, both storage buildings (orangish roofs), subway, and dollar general under water.

I was fortunate enough to have gotten most of the big dollar items out of storage before the flood or I would have lost pretty much everything I owned. I had been packing up to move to Ohio at the same time. I was suposta leave Iowa to move to Ohio on June 9, right after Ashley's wedding, but all the flooding around Columbus Junction kept me there, then the river broke in Columbus Junction and I had NO way out... I had to wait until June 20th for a way to leave town. We were not sure I would make it to Ohio for our Wedding on the 28th!! It was a crazy time!!!
Tell the kids I am sorry about their quilts, I did try to save them but was too late as no one was allowed to get into the area. I also lost a lot of fabric, books, nicknack's, stuff that means something but is replaceable. And of course deductible on insurance was more than the value of the items, or so the insurance company said.... grrrrrr
