Got is right Vick, doing my carnation instant breakfast, sugarfree.  Usual thing these days for me.  I think I am starting with strawberry flavor with chocolate protein powder for something diffferent.

I just mixed it up.  Mmmmm good.  I will decide later what I will mix together, same meal total of 5 times today.  Easy cooking, minimal choices, just a glass and spoon for dishes.  Guess that leaves me lots of time for other things.

A friend sent me a note to listen to Perpetuum Jazzile - Africa (live, HQ)
on you tube.  This is a musical group who makes the sound of a rain storm using only their hands and feet.  I have been listening to them while I type this morning.  Please check them out on you tube.  Let me know what you think.  I get into this kind of music.

Sunshine and beautiful out there today.  I couldn't get to sleep until 2:30, slept in this morning.  Think my body is getting itself ready to start my stint of night shifts (Tues.)  Taking the critters out for some fresh air and sunshine, and of course a long walk.

Back later to see what everyone else is up to.  Have a great one.

Thanks for sharing that Kathy, I will definately check it out. How interesting that they make the sounds only with thier hands and feet! Kathy a personal question... you can just send me a none of your business and a virtual slap in the head if you don't want to answer... Do you do meditation?

Vick... Hugs for you! Good luck at the appt. Please keep us informed.

Breakfast Quiche, left from dinner last night.
Lunch: cottage cheese, watermelon, and 2 strawberries
Supper: I'm clueless thus far.

Nope, fun to try sometime.  But no meditation at this time.  OK, why the question?  Got my interest now.

By the way, besides the group above, I enjoy a MN group called tonic-sol-fa.
this is a quartet that sings without instruments.  You will find a tamborine and some thing ih a hand that sounds like rice.  I could listed to them for hours, and have.  I have been to 2 concerts by tonic-sol-fa and will go again when I can.  They have a web site too where you can catch a bit of their sound.

So are you Vick! Any news for us yet?

Kathy, I was just wondering, because that seems like the kind of sounds one might use to meditate. I am actually in the very infantile stages of trying to learn to meditate. I need the stress reduction that it is supposed to provide. Calming, centering, destressing. I'm willing to try almost anything at this point... LOL.
