Up and at 'em this morning.

well now let the expert say a few words. i quit smoking july 31. 1989, i was a 3 pack a day smoker.  i prayed for the strength to not smoke and i put them down.  i was scared for my life. i was  sick and couldn't get well. that is the same for both of you. ulcers can kill you if they start bleeding, think about it. think about all the people you pollute when u smoke around them. second hand smoke kills. you two ladies mean a hell of a lot to me and i want you around for a long time. linda you have a double whammy. if you can't quit smoking, you can't have the surgery and you will remain obese. that is a killer in itself. so please dear ladies, put them down.  i used werthers candies because of the smokey flavor. they come in sugarfree now.  i just care. don't wait, plz

Vick... I suspect in about 2 days, maybe 3 you will be seeing my post here. I told my husband "we are quitting" Every other time I say "we are going to try to quit". I even noted and drew to his attention the fact I said "are" and not "trying". he said yeah, I caught that, you mean it huh?" I said YEP!  And I do!
