Do your best to get through today strong and well.

Um, no thanks on the yogurts today, too full from my carnation instant breakfast  (CIB)diet.  I switched the afternoon snack for breakfast today.  Just in case anyone missed my chat on my diet the other day I get 3 meals and 2 snacks a day each meal/snack is a serving of SF CIB, mixed with a tablespoon of protein powder and 2% milk.  Total of 20gms of extra protein above the mix and milk.  I am allowed to supliment this with sugar free popsicles, SF jello, V8 juice and broth, water.  Had a can of V8 yesterday, nice break from the 'sweet'.

Exercise yesterday was 2 good dog walks.

All the sweet was the hardest part for me being on the liquid diet. I found that beef broth was more satisfying than chicken broth. And that veggie broth was just gross! lol Hang in there and you will be back on solids in no time.
