Good Morning Everyone

Up and at it.   done been walking, and had my egg and applesause.   Hope all have a good day.
Went to doctor yesterday got a good report. I am happy with my weight i lost.  I am 8 weeks post-op and down 32 pounders.

Good for you Annielou.  I am hot on your heels, sort of.  Up and dressed, preparing today's shake and getting ready to take the dogs out b4 it gets hot.    Nice job on weight loss.

yes it is an exercise machine. it is an A frame with footpedals suspended on it no motor, and no impact on my knees.

I'm up.. I'm up...lol. I am ready for a nap! Man I am sooo tired lately. Have to take my one dog to the vet for a follow up appt today, then have to run around and take care of errands that I have put off for far too long. AFTER my nap I think.. lol.

Congrats on the weight loss! Great job! Isn't it wonderful to just be melting away!
