Well, I should be having surgery in 6 months.
My insurance company demands a continuous 6 months med. supervised diet.
I was one month shy when I left weight W...... so now I have to start over!
But that is good because my surgeon wants me to lose 40 lbs before surgery. This will give me plenty of time to work that off (and hopefully more!). Please keep me in your prayers that I will meet the goal set for me by my surgeon.
The staff was great! Very friendly! I was surprised by the dietician she was amazing.
Honestly, I was expecting to be repremanded about my weight, but then I thought, "Hey, They see this everyday."
I have to make my appointments for my ekg, and upper GI, along with the phych evaluation that my insurance company demands.
But I began my lifestyle change today. (I refuse to say the "d" word) hehehehehe
I am going to go this evening to get my membership to our local recreation center (gym) and consult with the personal trainer there to get me moving!
I'll keep you posted. Thanks for the encouragement, chat ya soon!
