Wow - thanks for the welcome! I'm an open person so will share a lot, I'm sure. I'm anxious to get a date for my surgery and I should get it soon. I have done all the jumping through hoops and once they have all the paperwork together, they will go for insurance approval, and I should get a date! YIKES...
