Hey Vick,

I did OK yesterday.  Had fruit before sleeping.  Woke up in the early afternoon and started preparing vegetables for supper, had a hypoglycemic episode (sweaty, shakey) BS fell quickly, treated it with a glass of skim.  After I quit sweating, back to food prep.  I am learning how to use the grill outside.  I marinated pork chops in diluted teryaki sauce with extra garlic.  Made a foil pouch of sliced potatoes and onion for my hubby and a pouch of roasted vegetables for myself, included carrot, peppers, zucchini, onion and garlic.  Had the veggies with my pork chop and applesauce.  Hit the spot.  Snack last evening of yogurt.

I tried to go to the gym after supper, shouldn't have tried with a full stomach.

I found a new feature here on OH.  Now able to log foods under health tracker.  I just started.  Think it will help me to see where I can make changes.  Cool new tools.

Yeah... I noticed that this am too. Which I wondered about. They say that group leaders are notified when new features will be added so we can let our groups know.. but I didn't hear a thing... oh well. Logging is something I plan to start doing, but there are many logs I want to keep, and just haven't started yet. I find logging food hard unless i have paper and a pen around all the time. Otherwise I forget to add when I drank what etc...
Kathy you are doing great making awesome strides to get your food choices in good order. and getting in the activity. I am proud of you. You are going to be an excellent wls patient!
