Morning Vic and everyone!
Today I have a few calls to make to get some things taken care of. I also need to focus on getting my "office area" organized, and still have a lot to do from my list yesterday. Working on the site seems an ongoing job.
I plan to get in a nice long walk this evening, once it cools off outdoors.
Yesterday I made my modified stuffed bell peppers for dinner, had a couple of riends over for dinner, and they were a hit! NO rice in these, making them much more bariatric friendly as far as keeping the carbs down to a minimum! Ohhh they were nummy! Will probably have the left overs for lunch today.

well patrece. i was going to take my mom to the doc but when i got to there house they said i needed to take dad to doc because then they were going to put him in hospital to try and get the pain under control.  well i took him and they gave him a pain patch instead and asked if i could stay with them for a few days to make sure he doesn't have a reaction to the patch.  it is not really helping him any so far and it  has been on for about 2 hours.  mom rescheduled hers to next week.  so i brought my baby (5 pd yorkie, hombre) to there house .  will talk to u in the am. vick

Hi Vick,  The bunny was a hoot.  I have a 6.5# yorkie (Gretta),  she passes on her tail wagging 'hello'.

I spent the day at a workshop for work.  Meatloaf and steamed veggies for lunch.  Tonight took Gretta and her sibling (Pom - Oscar) for a long walk.  Felt good to be out in the fresh air after meeting all day.  Just finished raining a few minutes ago.  Thanking mother nature for waiting with the rain til I had my walk in.  Tonight I had homemade beef spread on cucumber slices.  Mmmmmm SF popcicle for desert.  I had ice milk for a snack before my walk.  Now I am talking skim milk with ice cubes.  Love it cold.

Keep an eye on your parents.  Have a great evening.

Ahhh man Vick! I'm so sorry your Dad is in so much pain. Some people do not get a lot of relief out of the patches, but the effect should increase as more is absorbed. Just keep an eye out and monitor his pain and if it improves or not. Bless your heart for being there for your parents! You and they are in my prayers!

Kathy...My walk got rained out...will it ever end? Soooo much rain this summer. weird! Glad you were able to get your walk in with your little fuzzy friends. I ran to the bank, faxed some papers to our attrny's, picked up some VERY HEALTHY groceries, and here I am.. I have GOT to get this office cleaned and organized as it is making me crazy! Also ave to do the laundry. Ahhh never ends...

Time for the old split persona.    One to do this chore, another to do the other.  Just remember to bring them all back together again for the end of the day.  You are female, multitasking at its best.  Good luck with the tasks.  Gotta go get to my own tasks.  toodles.
