WHATS FOR FOOD AND FUN?

WHAT DID U EAT YESTERDAY OR WHAT DO U HAVE PLANNED TO EAT TODAY. WHAT DO U PLAN ON DOING TODAY?  WILL IT BE FUN OR A PAIN IN THE A__?  I DO HOPE IT IS INTERESTING, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS. VICK

Hi Vick,

Yesterday was, well hot good on the food side.  Still pre-op, had some things I know I shouldn't.  Today is a new day, new month and new start on being healthy.

Today, planning to go to the county fair this afternoon.  I will fix something healthy to have before I go.  My downfall food at the fair is fried cheese curds.  Once I have a few, the smell of cooking oil turns me off to the other food options offered.  I am finding something to put in the crock pot so I know I will have a good choice when I get home.  Headed to the store now, beef of some kind.  My hubby goes to work at 6pm, he will have something helathy to have that way as well.

Very cloudy today, looks like it could rain at any time.  Umbrella next to my wallet to go with me to the fair.


I don't do the rides at the fair, planning lots of walking as I tour the exhibits.  I like to see the craft entries.  Get ideas for myself for projects.

hey kathy, hope u enjoy yourself at the fair.  you know the old saying about falling off the horse and get right back up on it again.  so u messed up a little on the food yesterday, so did i. i had a fried cheese stick to go along with my 3 oz of hamburger pattie. it was a matter of having to choose that or french fries. i figured at least i would get some protein.  sounds like you are making plans for a healthy supper and that is great.  talk to u later. vick

Kathy.. you just keep busy! Good for you!
I have nothing interesting or fun at all planned for today. I need to work on cleaning my house...blahhhh. I am also going to work on some articles for my website, and try to work on the site itself. What I really need is someone who knows how to build websites professionally, however, I cannot afford it, so.... its a buger! I just can't get the look, feel or effect I want for the life of me. Oh well... maybe some day!

Almost forgot... I bought lots of fresh produce yesterday.  And some other items for good meals for the next few days. Just haven't decided yet what I am making when, but it is all healthy choices!

Now Vick... you posted the topic...Lets here whats up with you!!!!

as i said in my previous post, i sort of screwed up yesterday, but it was a matter of the lesser of evils.  so i went with the cheese stick for protein. i know that throughout my life i will be faced with these choices. for supper i had protein bar and later a protein drink.  i was too tired to fix anything. today i had cereal for breakfast, which i do very rarely and a protein drink after 30 minutes. for lunch i had 2.2 oz of turkey and 2 slices of swiss cheese, a lot of protein. tonight i don't know what i will have.  patrece, i have declared today and maybe even tomorrow a day of rest, except for the dishes.  i am flat worn out from keeping the grandkids.  even though i have to water my granddaughters rocks in the flower pot every day. lol  seriously, i am supposed to water her rocks.  hugs. vick
