wake up you guys

good morning bariatric buddies!!!!!!!!!   you know, like good morning viet nam with robin williams.   hope to get a few replys to this post, we need to start talking, unless you are like me and talk too much. lol.  i hope everybody has a great day   and we all lose at least 5 pounds today. i go to my shrink every thursday and i weigh myself on his doctor's scales.  if my scales are right i would have lost 5 lbs this week. that would be great since i have been losing between 0 to 3 1/2 lbs a week. usually about a pound.  well have a good one and take care. vick

Good morning Vickie and thanks for that wake up call. lol  How exciting to lose 5  lbs in one week.  Awesome!  Wishing you and everyone else a great day and wishing success to everyone to continue c'ing less of ourselves.

Hooray for you glad to here the good news! It sure brightens my day. You've seen  the worst side of me. The good news is that i only have 4 days to go for wls. i am coping because of people like you. I am a grandmother my self and understand how much of a delight they are!  Hope everything goes alright  before your surgery.   I know you have the will power to lose the weight you need to.      BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!

hour days, huh?  not too far off, but i bet it seems like forever in some ways and too quick in others. everything will go great.  you'll be in bed at the hospital before you know it. good luck to you and thanks for the support. vick

hey, hey hey!!!!!  i went to my shrink today and weighed and i lost not 5 pounds but 5 and 1/2 or 3/4 pounds. great, huh?vick

You guys are great! I keep trying to get things active around here, but think people get tired of hearing from just me! I am so thankful for the participation from you guys! Thanks!
