I'd like to welcome you to the Bariatric Buddy Group! I invite you to make a post and intoduce yourself to everyone, ask any questions you may have, share your experiences, and support and encourage one another in this life long journey we are on.

My goal is to provide quality support, encouragement, acceptance and information to all members. This group welcomes those who are considering weight loss surgery, pre-op, post-op, veterans, etc. We also welcome all wls patients, regardless of the procedure you had performed.

Hi Sukie,  Everything is fine here wls went well.  experienced dumping syndrome on sat not a pleasant experience. thank you for you interest.

Hi Robin.  Marshy here and I'm 56 and will meeting with the doctor in 2 weeks.  I don't know which procedure to have.  I have not really decided which procedure to have.  I will pray for you.

Hi my name is Shante and I am 28. Weight has always been my lifetime struggle. I began actively pursuing wls hopefully RNY since March. I have had to change PCP's and currently in the proccess on changing surgeon's as well. My roommates haven't been very supportive so I was fortunate to find Oh when I did. I look forward to get to know everyone a maybe make some lifetime friends.

Greetings Shante, I just noticed your note, sorry I wasn't more on top of things.  Welcome to this great group.  Looking forward to checking out what you have to share.  I am 47 and have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember.

Shante, you will absolutely meet some wonderful people here! We are all beoming fast friends, and I look forward to you becoming a part of these friendships!
