You are invited to attend a FREE Online Bariatric Support Group meeting!

Have you been looking for support to help you loose that weight you have gained post surgery? You are not alone come, visit us, our meetings are now FREE because we are on SKYPE!   

We now hold online meetings:

 Tuesdays at 10:30 PM EST

Thursdays at 8:30 PM EST

Saturday at 9:00 AM EST

And there will be more if we get the attendance up so SPREAD THE WORD to your friends, family and doctors.  Please feel free to copy and paste this message onto other message boards that you visit, but definitely stop by and visit us.  Just follow the simple steps below.  Please tell your friends that are pre – surgery or considering it.  We want to support the Bariatric Community Pre, Post and even those just thinking about it.

PLEASE NOTE: you will need to download Skype and join SKYPE under the FREE Service in order to participate.  All that info is on the SKYPE website.  Space is limited, participation will be on a '1st come, 1st served' basis. 

Here are the easy steps:

Once you have downloaded SKYPE and set up your users name,

Just add the following contact names to your contact list

1 is for Kate the meetings Kate runs and

2 is for the meetings that Lauren runs.

When you log onto Skype at meeting time you will see one of thos two ID’s in green.  Click on it and that will alert us that you want to join the meeting.  At that point we will bring you into the meeting.

It is really as simple as this!
