I am interested in learning more about when you received your band, how you decided on procedure choice, and if your surgeon is still promoting gastric band as a surgery option. I am finding most patients are now having Sleeves - even those with diabetes that may have otherwise opted for bypass! Please let me know the trends in your area. I am finding more and more people are not patient enough to lose weight with a band and now opt for another more evasive option.
