Hi Everyone! I hope this finds you all well. I am interested to know how you are all doing on your weight loss journey. Please send me a message on how you survived the holidays, any new tips, interesting products, or anything else you would like to share. Would also like to know how often you are getting fills/adjustments and the procedure your MD follows (in the office, under flouroscopy, monthly, as needed, etc...
