Exercise - gym at lunch and walk/run outside after work
Tonight I have to do a lot of baking for my friend's baby shower tomorrow so I'm going to try really really hard not to stick anything in my mouth.

Good morning!!
Well, my endocrinologist has upped my synthroid yet again and has now put me on BELVIQ. IDK... he was concerned because I gained weight even after eating all the right things and exercising everyday. No idea.. its frustrating to say the least.
B: coffee w/creamer and in a bit egg white scramble.
L: tuna and kale carrots and mushroom salad (YUMMM )
D: Ill probably have some almonds, we will be on the road late tonight and will probably grab something when we get to AZ.

Ugh ! taxes !! Just got to get mine to accountant !! They are in my satchel !
WooHoo !! Spring Break in 6 hours and 8 minutes, but who is counting ?
My plans for today.......go weigh in at nurses office.....
breakfast.....protein/coffee
lunch...........salad veggies/dressing
snack...........orange
dinner...........leftovers...since we are leaving tomorrow for a week.....gotta clean out the fridge !!
Plans for Spring Break ? I am getting to go gamble, and getting lots of Grandbaby fixes !!
Just gotta keep my wits about eating and moving !!

Keep doing what you are now. As long as you eat as you are with protein and veggies you'll lose weight. Tracking your food and activity is important so you've got that going for you.
It is common to have issues with iron. I've had the same problems. Try to eat foods that are high in iron. Take Vitamin C because that helps with iron.
Continue what you are doing and you'll lose.

Snow and food? maybe boredom? at this time of year everything is bleak and white/grey it doesn't do much for mental well being.

Exercise - probably 2 runs, one at lunch and one after work
I feel the same about the time of year. However, I am trying to make the best of it. I now see shoveling as my exercise for the day. The sun is suppose to shine on Friday and no snow in the forecast for about 5 days. Think spring and hope you are feeling better.
Snow and food ?? Comfort !! All curled up comfy warm with a full belly......comfort !! 😉
today is going ok.......I am just as ready as the rest of you for spring to be here !!
I know the Texas panhandle hasn't been slammed with snow as much as most of the U.S.,but we have been cold and had more snow and rain than normal ! Come on, SPRING BREAK !! Starts tomorrow after school for me ! Hubby and I are heading to an Indian Casino in Oklahoma for a couple of days and then on to Fort Worth for Grandbaby fix !! After that we are going to Midland for more Grandbaby love !! 😁
Just gotta wrap my mind around eating healthy and getting my butt moving !!
