Hi Waysta - Good luck on your garage sale. After a hard winter, having the weather so nice will help your turnout. Homemade breakfast burritos are one of my favorites. If I were there, I'd buy one/many!
YEA Friday! I'm ready for the weekend. No errands, no have-to-get-stuff-done weekend.
My eats for today are:
B - Coffee
L - Turkey burger patty and steamed broccoli
D - 2 scrambled eggs with veggies mixed together
S - Apple with 1 slice of cheddar cheese

Cool this morning, but expected to be in upper 70's later today and tomorrow !!!! WooHoo !! Great temps for the kids' garage sale !!
Worked after school and late into night getting stuff marked for sale and delivered to kids' house for the sale.....also made 60 homemade breakfast burritos for them to sell. Daughter-in-law's Dad made homemade cinnamon rolls, too ! Hopefully we can raise enough money to make a sizeable payment to the lawyer in their foster/adoption fees.

dinner........? Going to be working garage sale ...

Waysta, good luck with your garage sale. Cathy, I totally relate to the tiredness trigger. Being a night shift worker most of my career, it's always been a struggle. Luckily I'm working less these days.
Today's eats:
B: 1/2 apple with almond butter
L: Homemade vegetable bean soup
D: Roasted turkey breast, salad
S: Cinnamon toast pretzels
I've been up since 1:30 this morning due to my knee aching. I'm unfortunately becoming used to the knee aching but being tired has always been a food trigger for me. For some bizarre reason, being tired or sick causes me to want to eat off track. I'm being on guard so I eat on track.
Here's my eats:
B - Coffee, lots of it since I woke up so early
S - 3 Morningstar sausage links
L - Zucchini "fries"
D - Turkey breast with salsa
S - Apple with 1 slice of cheddar cheese

Today is misty and cool in the panhandle ....... Still getting stuff ready for adoption fundraiser garage sale...ugh !! Thanks to everyone that have wished us well in our adoption procedures. (My children are adopting, not me !!)
My water is started✅ My morning vitamins taken✅ And have walked 4200 steps ✅

dinner...............breakfast burrito ( I know weird ? Making a bunch for garage sale !!)
