For me if I am going to have apple it's going to be a whole apple. I don't drink juice and I don't drink calories except for my beloved latte that I plan in every day.
I do love kale,spinach and carrots. I am trying to eat more vegetables so my meals last longer.

B: 2 slices bacon

L: Ground turkey burger, homemade vegetable soup
D: Grilled fish, salad
S: Celery with peanut butter
I have tried Juicing in the pass but by Day 2 I'm like WOW! I need Food. I also thought it was a bad idea for myself because I am low in iron and juicing for me was bad.
In regards to Protein Shakes... I love. I rather do my basics and create a great low fat dinner.
Does anyone juice? i lost 10 lbs the last 12 days. trying to reboot myself. I made a juice that contained Kale, Spinach, carrots, lemon, ginger, green apple and beets, celery. I felt great. Then for dinner I ate 4 oz of chicken and a small salad. for snack i had organic nuts. This week I am back on Protein shakes and then for dinner , its chicken and veggies. Snack is nuts and maybe turkery meat. I will have 2 shakes aday~ any advice would be great~
really tired, but at least I am at work...dr. says that although they don't know what is wrong with me, that I am not contagious.....how can they possibly know that if they have no clue why I feel so bad ??
todays plan is to simply get through the school day so that I can go home and sleep !!

dinner..........chicken and dumplings
water....as much as I can tolerate....even water taste like bile !!

On Easter I so proudly stayed away from pie and other goodies at dinner, but the Cadbury mini eggs became my problem. Extra time on the treadmill for me...
We are so sorry to hear about you being so sick. That can really throw things off kilter. I either eat like there is no tomorrow or not at all Feel better soon
Breakfast - tea, fruit, no fat greek yogurt and flax seeds
Lunch - 17 bean soup
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - grilled salmon, veggies and 1/2 sweet potato
It's raining here so no biking or walking but may do some TV moves
