Actually weighed in to discover, I am 7lbs. down from my highest weight since this new journey has begun. The numbers on the scale have been up & now finally DOWN!! for the past few weeks.
I have stuck to my commitment that if I miss a Move2lose day, I must resume the very next day My July calendar is nearly full of W's for my walk days!!
My food choices over the past few days had some flaws but thankfully the scale numbers decreased. Craving sweets, but it actually has been several weeks since I indulged, but I did not stray today. Trying to cut back on breads & sweets!! A very hard road to travel, I must say. I am eating less, but????? the other day I felt like 500lbs. Do you ever have those days when you just feel fat?

Good afternoon. My last 4 days have been pretty rough. My mom has been in the hospital and i stayed by her side. So i barely ate. I know that is bad but that is just how it was. I sure hope that things get back to normal now that we are home. I plan to make better choices
Breakfast. 1 Turkey sausage link
Lunch. Several Bites of Home made chicken and dumplins (with celery and onions) while cooking for dinner
Snack. I made almond protein cake
Dinner. 1 homemade dinner roll And chicken and dumplins only 1 dumplin though lol

Good morning botts:
Every muscle in my body hurts this morning. My upper body from cleaning yesterday and my lower body from the 5K. Exercise will be light today.
My eating plan:
B: left over 1/2 pork and roll
S: peach and reduced fat cheese
L: left over 1/2 pork and roll
S: peach and nutrasystem D shake
D: chicken breast, cheese and bacon sandwich with lettuce and tomato
S: nut protein bar and a salad

I just got back from the 5K at Germanfest. Summer in Milwaukee is a new festival every weekend celebrating a different culture. Last Sunday I sang at Festa Italiana and ate Italian cuisine. Today it was German food. I have not met the culture whose food I don't enjoy!
B: Nutrisystem D oatmeal made with water and a peach
S: salad and Nutrisystem D shake
L: Fitkitchen frozen dinner
S: Swordfish and 1/2 cup pasta
D: sauerbraten, spatzle, red cabbage, German potato salad
S: Nutrisystem cinncmon roll
Exercise was 2 1/2 hour cleaning and a 5 K this evening with friends. It was more of a polka than a normal 5 K because the bands were playing and the sound carried over the Lakefront(Lake Michigan). Didn't have any beer though.
Hope everyone had a fun day today.
Just and update - Lunch was grilled chicken stuffed with spinach and artichokes, 1/2 cup summer squash, 3 small red potato wedges and 1/3 brownie.
Luckily, food services took away the desert tray before the meeting was over, thus saving me from temptation. :-D
