I stuck to the plan yesterday, only had some hummas chips that weren't on the plan. What I'm noticing is that I'm drinking more water than I do when I'm off plan. Interesting how that works, eh? :-)
Today
B: left over hamburger patty, cheese slice
S: Protien shake (Maybe)
l: spinach salad with egg, chicken, oil & vinegar
s: Akin's snack bar
D: - not sure. Going out, not sure where. Plan is to have meat and veggie or salad.
How much weight have you lost by doing this the shakes?

I am a 2005 surgery person too. I have about 30 lbs to lose. I am thinking about doing lots of shakes.

Record all your meals. How do you plan on losing this?
I'm in the same boat but I think I'm going with shakes and not introduce any carbs.

Yesterday was better. Not perfect, but better. Stress=craving carbs. I'm going to have to just bite the built and do a Very Low Carb diet. I know. Just can't seem to tackle it!
Today's food plan - I'm going to try and get mainly protein to cut carbs.
B: Protein Shake, 1 scambled egg, sausage
Lunch: Chili with beans (from café)
s: Stabylize bar
Dinner: lean Hamburger patty (88/12), cheese, low-carb flax roll-up, grilled onion and peppers
s: Protien shake
Good luck. For me traveling makes it easy and difficult at the same time. Easy - because when I eat in restaurants - I can make good selection- meat and veggies...and once that is gone - no snacking.
More difficult- because the stress and the other food around me plus booze. Wine for dinner... etc. temptations.

Well after years of eating wrong and a gain of 60 lbs it is now time for me to take control!
Yesterday, I went off my plan. A co-worker bought me lunch - pasta - and it completely threw me off. I really can't eat simple carbs - I just have such a problem saying no! I just need to really commit and stay away from them. Once I get past the carb cra**** gets easier, but I can't seem to do that. :-(
So, for today . .
Bfast: Protein shake (was in a hurry), greek 100 yogurt
S: Stabilyze protein par
lunch: nighthawk frozen dinner
S: string cheese, mini bell peppers, babybel
dinner: beef stew meat with pot roast gravey, small potatoes, carrots
