Topic: The burn...does it really mean it's working???

Good evening friends,

I started vigorous exercising, going strong on my legs... Whew! I never knew I could rock out on a gazelle but man oh man...the burn, the burn...I forgot what this felt like. I am up to a solid 45 minute per day workout. I do a combination of things. Tomorrow (if my legs can tolerate it), I am going retro with sweatin to the oldies 3. My most favorite of all of them. Can't wait (as long as my legs can tolerate it) :) !

Im excited. Who does what for exercises??? Do you see results?

1 small ripe banana

1 scoop Pure Protein powder-chocolate

1 cup Vanilla almond milk-unsweetened

1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate fudge instant pudding powder

Mix until smooth in a blender

Makes 2 servings

6-7 ice cubes

Drink or freeze.  If you freeze, take it out 30-60 minutes before eating and it is thick enough to eat with a spoon-"ice cream!"

Don't be too hard on yourself. That's why it's called back on track. Sometimes we need to get back on track every day.

Keep focused onward.

Hi there

i don't really care for the term pouch test. I like to consider it more of a 5 day carb detox.

What it is, you start on day one of the 5 day on clear liquid, and protein drinks. Do this for one day..it's hard to do but you can do it...then on day 2, you consume full liquid with your pretein shakes, day 3 allow soft pureed proteins, day for soft proteins and day 5, regular meats. During this time, it's a good time to use all your pouch rules, exercise and get back into good gastric bypass habits.

On day six, you are now ready to resume your full gastric eating and your pouch has diminished, you are detox from carbs, and feeling great with a new mindset.

We are blessed to have this.
