Congratulation of reset and starting BOTT,,, it is a really hard work...
I hope you are planning to get a very detailed blood work+ hopefully bone scan..
If you have not take any vitamins in 9 years.. ugh... I sure hope you did not cause serious damage to your bones or nerves...
low energy can be caused by low proteins, low Vit D, low B1, B12, etc etc... Low B12, B1 - can cause permanent nerve damage... and when that happen - it may be too late to reverse it...
Low iron - again - low energy, depression, RLS.. etc.
Low B6- can cause severe problem in fat & protein metabolizing..too high...nerve damage...
and so on...

Hi group...
Today I went to a batiatric surgeon...confirmation is always a blessing. I told her I was back on track as of the past two weeks and what I was doing to get to goals. I'm proud of myself. This takes determination so she said not to get discouraged for several weeks or even months.
I quit smoking six months ago and with all the exercise I'm doing, im glad I did. She said my biggest hurt was no vitamins in 9 years. Oh dear...I started them today.
Please offer some atta-girls, or what I can do to seriously kick this into high gear.
i need help.
Thanks

Good news is that I have shed a few pounds. I've also been taking my new regiment of Vit-D supplement for several weeks now, and I like to think it's working?? Physically feeling better, just a little. I am so happy about that. (aches & pains? are getting less & less.?
Doing so-so with food, but can always do better.
