I'm curious. What is your step goal? Mine is 8000. I'm trying to get up to 10.000 but haven't gotten there yet. Do you have a tracker? Yay for 90 active minutes! You go!

Yesterday went well again. I did have a drink last night that wasn't accounted for, but other than that, all went well. I met my step goal and according to my tracker was active for 90 minutes. It was all walking around, but still!

Today's food plan

bfast: Skinny mocha, 2 pork sausage

lunch: subway turkey sandwich

snack: friend is coming over w/ bottle of wine. 1-2 glasses

dinner: Pork roast w/ green beans

Again, I'm going to try and meet my step goals. I'm working from home, so I'm going to try and go for a walk every hour. :-)

Yesterday went according to plan. I'm trying to cut out snacks except when absolutely necessary. Yesterday I managed to eat only 3 meals.

Today's food plan is . . .

bfast: skinny latte, Yogurt parfait (1 cup plain yoguart 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup granola)

lunch: bowl of beef chili (w/ beans)

snack (if necessary): 1 babybel light cheese, 1 small can v8

dinner (on the run): Grilled chicken salad w/ a vinaigrette.

Exercise - take the stairs whenever possible, walk 10,000 steps!

Yesterday went well, although I did have a glass of wine during national night out. :-)

Today's food plan

bfast: skinny latte, 2 oz ground beef

no snack

lunch: 1/2 chicken fried steak w/ gravey, 1/2 serving mashed potatoes 1/2 cup string beans (didn't finish)

I doubt I need a snack after that! But if so - 1 babybel cheese, 1 small can v8

dinner: Slow coak pork sirloin roast, 1/2 cup green beans

Wouldn't you love to weigh the same on Monday morning as Friday morning? We always go out to brunch on Sunday. I bring home leftovers and eat them. Maybe I need to send the leftovers to the kitchen. Perhaps it's the salt? Good luck to us>

Even maintaining a 1 lbs. loss over a weekend is hard for me. Good luck with maintaining this week.

I'll give it a shot! My issue is the 'keeping it off until Monday'. :-D
