Good Morning. Glad you had success at the wedding...it can be a challenge to go to social functions and stay on track. Good job.

I'm loving the great weather we're finally having and being able to do some yard work. My struggle is I have to work a 12 hour shift tonight and that can throw me off at times. I'm planning my snacks and what "dinner" I'll take with me, it's just when I get really tired I can get into mindless eating very easily. It's challenging, but not impossible.

Have a great day.

Hope everyone is having a good week end. It is my week end off and the weather is great.

My cousin got married last night and we had a great time seeing family. I was worried about the food, but I did great and was able to pass up the cake.

What are you celebrating or struggling with today or this week?

Let's keep each other motivated and lifted up.

I know I need all the support I can get.

This is definitely a problem for me!  But this problem has magnified itself since last summer when I got a new job and I now work out of my home!  Working from home is fabulous but the only down side is that I am always thinking about food.  I've gained 17 pounds since I started working from home and in the last month, I lost 5.  :)  I'm back on track and it's been slow but I have to stick with it because summer is coming and I love summer!

Getting back on track for me is being here, with all of you.  You all help me.  Thank you.

What a good boyfriend!

Congrats again on motherhood!

Winter squash is a starchy vegetable, like potatoes corn peas and beans, but its lower on the glycemic index. I will have squash and pumpkin, love some variety.
