Back On Track Together

I've been off track for a long time and I'm back to low carb (my second day and tracking my food. I never did reach goal and regained about 30 lbs since I want to lose at least 80 lbs.
Breakfast-3 eggs, 3 sausage links
Lunch-4 oz beef patty with mushrooms, onions and cheese with
Romaine salad with Caesar salad dressing
Dinner-5 oz pork tenderloin with romaine Caesar salad and 1/4 cup peas
Hope everyone had a good day😃
I purchased the exercise program only. I do not feel I should follow the diet. I LOVE the exercises she has. I had slacked on exercising for a time so this really kicked my butt. I had noticed a difference in my body about a week after starting the exercises. The 30 minute program works perfectly into my schedule. I also will do the 10 abs after the 30 minute workout.
Please keep us posted on your progress!
IMO - the 21 day fix may be a good plan for someone with normal guts, *****ally does not how to eat.
For me to lose weight _ I really need to eat low carbs, 1000-1200 cal per day, plus light exercise. And measure my food.
I avoid grains, starches, fruits.. I know they are natural - but my body sees sugar as sugar..
milk - dairy - contains a lot of sugars -so even one latte - may hinder someone's weight loss

I know it is hard and I for one do not like protein shakes. I've tried these pancakes for breakfast and I can handle them.
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
4 eggs I use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla--------------Mix Great protein. Viva
I've gained about 50 pounds from my lowest weight.
Now I'm so desperate to lose it. I will do anything.
I bought 21 DAY FIX last week. I started 2 days ago.
I'm super sore from the exercise and I'm eating the proper food indicated.
I stepped on the scale this morning and I gained a pound.
What do you guys think? My husband told me to stay away from the scale for a week and then see how it works for me.
Has anyone tried this? Feedback or suggestions are welcome.
So has anyone else failed at losing the weight within the "honeymoon" period? To make a shorter post I feel like kicking myself in the butt, only thing my foot wont reach my butt Anyhow so I had the vsg a year ago and somewhere in the midst of that year I chose to let bad habits and non commit dictate my life. I am having a hard time with this and find that I am nervous I totally blew it and now wont be able to lose the weight. Is this true clinically speaking not emotionally? I had asked my dr early out if one could stretch the new stomach, and he said no that the old is cut and taken away and new seam stapled and glued...but his pa had said that if you continue to eat you could? I am so disgusted with myself that I have not gone back for my 1 year. The dr's have been great I am just really embarrassed and do not want to face them. Is this normal? I have a co worker that is down to stick figure but hardly eats nothing, yogurt or oatmeal, She tells me that a lot doesn't agree with her but I cant help but wonder the difference between us? Any comments are welcome. Please and Thanks!!!!!

I am just trying to manage the carbs. sugar is so addictive for me. Thanks for your advice.
Way to go Tri and Viva!
It really helps to track you food and activity. This is probable the most important tool I started reusing after regaining 32 pounds. I have lost 17 currently. Not easy, but do able. Great job on getting your house cleaned, you are my hero!

My surgery was also in 2006. I have also regained about 30 lbs. I've been working at it but not to hard and I really do want to get it off. I'm not to hep on using protein powders so I try to use real food. This morning I made pancakes with cottage cheese and egg whites not bad. I ate 2-4" pancakes. Trying to use more water and stay away from most carbs. Sometimes it gets boring and I will be looking on this site for help. Viva
