Today I had 2 eggs for breakfast
Lunch was a barbecue chicken salad from BK which I didn't realize has like 40 carbs cuz of the barbecue sauce, lesson learned look up info beforehand
Dinner is pizza because after working in yard too tired and overheated to cook, hopefully will be strong and only eat toppings.
Tomorrow's going to be better, hope everyone else is having a good day
It sounds like you are really working hard on getting it off. I to use turkey and make little meatloaf cups so I try to have something handy. I would give up meat if I could. It isn't my most favorite food but I do eat it. That's what got me in trouble in the first place. When we were kids meat wasn't the most important food on our diets cause my parents were just trying to fill us up. Meat was sometimes cut up into three pieces to feed everyone and my mother was only learning to cook as we grew up. I wish that I new how important protein was back then, I use beans, many vegetables tuna canned salmon with salads. I also have trouble swallowing so anything dry or not cut up I find difficult to swallow. I will always be working on this weight and I know it. So getting any information I can on changing up my diet for what every season it is will help. I do believe you can get it off but be patient it will take a while and once your daughter surgery happens she will be a great motivator to you. Take care Viva

I've been doing modified Nutrasystem diabetic plan for 5 days and relost the 5 lbs. I gained on vacation. I like the way the program works. Tri
I started 21 DAY FIX on This Monday and on Wednesday I stepped on the scale just to realize that I had gained weight. UGH!!!!
Yesterday, was my day off because of my daughter's graduation. I kept my myself busy most of my day just my coffee fix in the morning.... Went out to dinner after the ceremony and had protein.
This morning I lost 1.6 pounds.
I will keep the exercise for this program but not the meals.
UGH!!!! Back to square 1.
Today --- Protein shake.
yea.. too many carbs make me gain weight even on relatively low calorie diet.

So yesterday Thursday..... I had coffee and skipped lunch (because I was running around) so until dinner I had protein and water.
Today I lost a 1.6 pounds.
I don't think i can continue the diet (FOOD) plan. The exercise is the only thing I would follow.
I also have struggled for 9 years. Yesterday I started the Nutrasystem diabetic plan. I picked up a 5 day box. It is easy to follow. I am only on day 2 so we'll see how it goes. The portion sizes are small to my eyes. Maybe this will train me to eat smaller portions. Good luck to us all. Tri
