Good news, I didn't eat over it, but thought about it mindfully, and did NOT go there, only to feel even worse later?
Did I move2lose today? Yes, a nice walk. Trying to build up my strength and endurance to more. I've been walking for almost 3 wks. now. Perhaps next wk. is my time to step it up a bit?

I am back on Nutrisystem D today. I have house guests again this weekend so I will take off the weekend and go back on Monday.
B: Nutrisystem D blueberry muffin
S: 1/4 cup craisins and 1/8 cup walmuts
L: salad with fat free dressing and Nutrisystem D chocolate peanut butter bar
S: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt and 2 plums
D: Nutrisystem D lasangne and salad with fat free dressing
S: Nutrisystem D carrot cake
S: Jimmy Dean delight whole grain sandwich

I clean and garden. It burns 240 calories per hour. I usually clean 3 hours a day to keep the house presentable. Tri
Wow I hear you and feel your pain! I know gaining the weight and having to accommodate more skin and fat and a different sense of balance is daunting. But...we are here now. Whether we have a good or bad day/week we're here for each other. Everyday I wake up with such good hopes I'll make the right decisions. More often than not I don't but we can't let those times defeat us!!!!!
Hang in there. Let's get excited about getting healthy, fitting back into our old clothes...and buying cute new things!!!!! It is such a joy. You'll be posting your pics in no time. I always say...time has to pass anyway. Let's make the most of it.
I feel huge now, & I can't stand to see my reflection right now.
And now I feel even more bloated with( EVE) my monthly friend visiting me this week, sorry TMI.
I can't stand to see my stomach bulging in anything, so I try to wear lose fitting tops somewhat, I weigh more now, then when I was preggers 6 yrs. ago. I have a really horrible self image right now!

I can't wait to start liking my body in the mirror again one day soon I Pray. What does help; is I look at my old "big pics" & I know I am not that big, but I feel like it with all this regain, physically & emotionally. I can't wait until these horrible feelings are gone! & to post some newer pics after my 1st 30lbs. or so comes off & posting a pick of me at my new goal too.

HOW DID YOU MOVE 2 LOSE 2DAY?
I walked away the pounds today around laurel lake here in Maryland, around 9 am this morning. There is this huge lake park area, that is a mile in lenghth. I/we went around 3x's today. May try 4 tomorrow.? Keep you posted.

That another thing I need to get strict w/ a good time frame for eating my last meal of the day is a major challenge right now. I am eating way too late. Any suggestions or time frames?

I am all over Moving2Lose! Hopefully forever.
I think I may share my food plan, & my Movement plan 2.
For now it's only brisk walking, but soon I would like to add in some STEP aerobics, bike riding, jogging on my tread mill, & Water jogging too I've been thinking about.
I wish I had enough energy to MOVE twice a day, but I can barely handle once a day right now. I only have roughly 4wks of summer vacation left? and then it's back to school & maybe sooner for me, if I get a promotion. No matter what, stress, & life passing me by, I have to keep moving!
