Topic: Week 1 BOT - Lost 4 Pounds

Weighed in Sat and lost 4 pounds my first week BOT.  Feels very hard earned. 

 

I drank all my water, kept to vegetables proteins, veggies, fruit, dairy, tracked all food, did some exercise. Very proud...but...know some is water weight - and this is the beginning.  There is a lot more to lose. And the long haul takes dedication. Focus. Commitment. Being real with myself. And others.

 

That said - super happy with my 4 pound loss :^)

B-eggs

L-chicken crust pizza, 1 backrib, 1/4 piece cornbread

D- meat sauce over zucchini noodles, watermelon

Snack-1/2 cup ice cream, I know...

As long as the scale is going down, don't care if it's water or air, it's going down & that's all that matters!



I weigh in perhaps in the AM since my cycle is over (sorry tmi) but I was super bloated. I felt it.

Good morning botts

I had a fun weekend, but this morning I am bot.  My guests just left.  I will miss them.

Today's meal plan:

B: Jimmy Dean Delight with whole grain muffin

S: fruit and Greek yogurt

L: 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast and 1 cup cooked Asian veggies in broth

S: Nutrisystem cinnamon roll (really tiny); fruit salad

D: 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast, fat free mayo, spinach and whole wheat bun, Nutrisystem cookie 

S: 1/2 cup pasta and sausage

I have 4 beds to change and launder and random cleaning/gardening.  If I was smart I would swim and sauna at the gym for relaxation.  Have a great day everyone.  Tri

I guess I didn't do too terrible. We left before I could make the popcorn so I just grabbed the Atkins bar I was going to have tonight. We ended up at Applebee's. I had 1/2 cup onion soup and 1 chicken wonton taco. They had healthier options but that's what I wanted. I'm still 20g protein away from today's goal so it looks like I will probably  have a shake tonight with my bedtime vitamins. I don't want to look at food. That 1 taco did me in. My stomach hurts. It's weird because last time we were there I ate all 3 plus some of my daughters appetizer. Tonight I did good to eat 1/2 my soup and 1 taco. I really think cutting out the carbonated drinks have helped.

Get a nice healthy salad? just an idea, let us know how that worked out? Dinning out is challenging.

Late Breakfast:2 slices cheese pizza from marcos pizza

Snack slice of ham rolled up with marbled cheddar

Dinner. My heavenly Veggie chowder. Broc caulif cabbage onion celery carrots peas and cheddar bratwurst

I though since Tri_harder won't be on today  I would start the daily post. I know the few days I've been on its helped me to be accountable. I noticed this group isn't very active but it does get some views.  

My entire body hurts today from all the cleaning and helping my husband put new flooring in the living room. My inlaws moved out  last weekend so we are still trying to get the house where it needs to be.  My daughter has a Karate tournament so we won't be eating dinner at home tonight. I have the day planned out except for dinner. This is going to my first time eating out since getting BOT.  

 

B: Coffee, Light yoguart

S: Jimmy Dean Delight Sandwich

L: Chicken Deli Meat, salad w/ff dressing

S: popcorn

D: unknown?????

Have fun at the festival I too cleaned house and helped Hubby put new flooring in the livingroom. Every muscle in my body aches. I just want to go back to bed and sleep all day but I'm working until 11:15 and then my daughter has a karate tournament.
