I like your new motto and working with kids is the ultimate work out. Good work!! It has been in 90's and humid where I am as well so have to walk at 10 at night - even if just a stroll - because too hot during day. Even if it is small - every effort adds up to our progress.

More water intake!!! always need to do more.
Weighed in ? No weightloss? gained 2lbs or so? maybe I am gaining strong muscles in my legs from all this walking.
I have committed to walking faithfully for the next full year no matter what, no more slacking & life happening, life is going to happen and I am going to keep on Moving!!! that's a daily goal to strive for indeed. Have good day everybody. Peace jbug
I remember teaching my little ones to ride bikes. Absolute total workout. Soon you can bike together for many years to come. Non weight bearing biking is easy on the knees and hips. You build different muscles in your legs than the ones you walk with. Good for you to teach him how to ride. I am still cleaning up after the weekend. I am cooking chicken and pork so we have something to eat this week. 3 1/2 hours of cleaning.
My eating plan (I will edit):

S: banana and plain Greek yogurt
L: 1 cup Asian veggies, 1/2 cup chicken breast and 1 cup noodles
S: 2 plums and reduced fat cheese
D: 4 oz. pork, whole wheat roll, salad with fat free dressing
S: Nutrisystem cookies and 1/2 cup chicken breast and 1/2 cupAsian veggies

30 minutes interval on treadmill 25 minutes eliptical
Lunch. Pita pit grilled chicken no pita with lettuce onion tomatoe green peppers and banana peppers
Snack hot n spicy peanuts
Dinner homemade toasted ravioli ravioli and grilled pork .
Snack. crunchy taco from taco bell
My new motto is, if I skip a day of exercise, I MUST get back to it the NEXT day for sure! So I missed Sunday's move2lose, but not today. I got in a great but super hot day walk! In the hi-90's here in Maryland. And then later on this eve. I was helping my 6yr old. learn how to ride his bike w/out the training wheels, You want to talk about a WORKOUT!! indeed that was for sure! We had fun, & Hopefully he we get it sooner than later. <br />
The weather was so humid, which made me really sweat!! Wow. I just hope he learns super fast, but a good second workout it was indeed. LOL. Have a Good day/eve! ALL Peace jbug

WOW! 4 lbs. in 1 week. Must have been laying the floors. All my carpenters are thin. Maybe we should volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and skip the workouts. Congratulations on a big turn around 4 lbs. Doesn't it feel great going in the right direction. Nothing can stop you now. Tri
