My goal is to eat 1600 calories and clean for 3 hours today. Tri

My eating plan:

B: Jimmy Dean Delight 280

L: lettuce, tomato, sugar snap peas, carrots, low fat dressing, pretzel roll, cheese, chicken 500

S: 2 clementines, light string cheese 120

D: my veggie soup, chicken, mac & cheese and scone 600

S: Slimfast snack 100

Sounds like a plan.
Hang in there!
Making a plan is better than no plan at all.
We know what to do, but doing it, is the key.
Congratulations on making a plan. I need to plan better.
Clean for 3 hours. I need to clean for 3 weeks. LOL. That is surely a plan I need to make immediately.
