Back On Track Together
C25K Update
Well today was Day 3 of my week one C25K that I finished the entire workout. So Tomorrow I start week 2. I'm very excited and I'm tracking my progress and information in my blog. I hope you guys are reading it and I hope it's inspiring you. I have two ppl in my bipolar support group that are starting the C25K just because I've talked about it so much curiosity finally got the best of them. I love it. Exercise is contagious. And another thing I'm LOVING about exercising is that I'm not hungry for the rest of the day. I could literally eat only once a day and be more than satisfied.
