Friday...cardio and cafe

Kinda late......

today I actually took a 10 minute walk with my hubby.......he has lung issues and getting him to walk is a big deal !  He did well.  I also used my elliptical today ! 

My eats for today have been ok...morning vits taken

breakfast.....coffee/miralax

attended a funeral for a classmates Dad.......didn't eat until after services....

lunch........6 " subway turkey sandwich,  no cheese, with mustard......diet coke....no chips !

snack........6 cherries

dinner........tamale with some chili and a salad

snack........I am thinking watermelon !   Should drink some coffee with protein....I need the protein !

Lately I have been super busy.  And like like others are also.  Thank you for keeping the daily post, and thank you Iris andf others. 

Some days I am too busy to post but I have usually 5 min at a time to read (my phone) . Just wanted you and others who post to know that.  I will read what you guys post - andf maker sure I post very few days at least. 

My Friday was hectic. I got up at 6:45 am and was running like crazy all day.  Ugh. But...I made a commitment to myself to eat right and even tough I RELLY did not have time - I took time for yoga session (2.5 hours - 30 min to get there in traffic + yoga + getting home.) It was worth it. 

The session focus was "what we are greatful for".  Wow. There are so many things from the past and currently that I am greatful for,  from huge to small ones. I.e. I am grateful for my cat. Emma. She showed up in my house 6.5 years ago. Would not take " I don't need or want as cat in my life" as an option, promptly moved in and she has been taken care of me ever since. 

My eating were simple. Mostly protein shake all day, thai dinner with a glass of wine ,  protein bread with avocado as a LNS.  I know I am not eating enough, but I got very busy. Using shakes I make sure that I get at least minimum whast I need proteins and fats.  

I take vitamins and minerals, so at least that is covered.

We do understand. Glad you are okay and your hubby was able to take that walk. Try to get so solid protein when you can!!
