Back On Track Together
Saturday cafe and cardio
Today I have a 3 hour rehearsal. When I get home I have cleaning and gardening. That will be my exercise today. I really want to keep this up all summer and get back under 200 lbs. I will be so much happier with myself.
My food for today:
S: protein nut bar 190
L: whole wheat roll, turkey, cheese, veggies 400
S: 1/2 Panara bagel, egg beaters, cheese 300
D: 2 turkey Italian sausage with green peppers, onions and tomatoes 350
S: veggie soup and pretzels 170
B (Sunday) Special K frozen sandwich 180
