Hi Everybody!
I've been MIA for quite a while due to personal issues. Unfortunately, I've regained just under 65 lbs. I'm climbing back on the wagon again This time, I want to reach goal and stay there.
I have a major addiction to sugar, especially Sprite and Hershey's chocolate. I know it won't be easy to come off of the sugar but I'm determined to do it. I'm not typically a person who drinks water. In fact, I don't really care for it although I know it's necessary. Can someone please suggest beverages that I can drink besides Sprite? I'm ok with tea but I'd like to have something fruity or similar to Sprite. Also, if you can make suggestions of items that I can substitute for Hershey's, I will greatly appreciate it.

I'm not someone who can give up things cold turkey, if I was then I'd be doing the 5 day pouch test to decarb myself and move along. I have to do things in baby steps. I'd switch to Diet Sprite or Sprite Zero and ration out maybe 3 Hershey Kisses or minature bars for the day. My Mother in Law doesn't like Water either and is admittedly a Sprite fanatic so she mixes the sprite half and half with water. She says it's the taste and not the carbonation that she misses.
