Sunday Funday

Okay gang, it's a glorious Fall morning here on the East Coast. Time to finish this cup of coffee and get moving. Shelia - we're talking about possibly pier fishing later this afternoon. Hopefully something is biting. The kiddo wants to ride his dirt bike this afternoon. David wants to make it a lazy Sunday with a little bit of yardwork. I don't classify yardwork among lazy Sunday activities.

Time to lace up the sneakers and get some steps in today. I've got a fairly simple plan for eating today:

Coffee!!

Coffee!!

Coffee!!

Cereal with lactose free milk for breakfast

ham & swiss on rye for lunch

grapes

Deer Stew at Moma's for Sunday Dinner.

I'm at a loss to explain why I don't graze when I'm home. At work, I'm HORRIBLE. Honestly there are a thousand more bad choices here at home. I recognized that my choices at work were bad so I stocked my cabinet space with "better" choices but I'm eating out of boredom or habit or something. All I know is last week I grazed and it had nothing to do with physical hunger.

Hi there, Iris!  FISHING!!!!  Girl, you have just set my soul on FIRE, lol.  I hope you go, and tight lines to all of you!  Actually, I was thinking earlier about taking my granddaughter to a small rec center pier later this afternoon.  There's a playground there that she loves, and I can also watch the pier and see what's being caught (if anything).

I have to add that I can understand your not grazing at home.  Every post from you about your home life shows you either cleaning, gardening, or some other activity.  You don't have TIME to graze at home, lol!

Hope you have a great day :)

Hi Iris:

I was just wondering do you have a lot of co-workers who graze at work too?  I sometimes will graze around other people because that is what they are doing too.  Grazing with the pack is what I call it.  When I am by myself, I do not graze.

1 grazer, 1 that eats on a schedule, 1 that never eats and 1 that's on a continual diet but is really a closet grazer. It takes all kinds!!! ;-)

I've got a plan for this week. It's called drinking. The water cooler is in the break room so my red solo cup is going to be my constant companion this week. If I still "need" something to eat after the cup is empty then maybe it really is hunger. But no grazing until after the cup is emptied for each trip.
