Good morning friends,
Late post for yesterday. Short bike workout done between errands and doc visits...22 mins, covered 3 miles. My eats were:
B: coffee with Splenda, 3 tbsps SF creamer
L: BLT with 6 strips turkey bacon, sandwich thin, 1 tbsp mayo, lettuce, tomato, coffee with Splenda, 4 tbsps SF creamer
S: 1 c grapes, 1.3 ozs peanuts
D: 2/3 of a Wendy's double burger on 1/2 sandwich thin, 1/2 slice cheese, mustard, ketchup, pickle slices
Hi Tess...I usually bring my food home to eat, but when dining out, I always bring a whole wheat or whole grain sandwich thin with me. Tell me...where do you get your praline syrup, and is it DaVinci or another brand? I remember ordering some German Chocolate Cake syrup a long time ago from Vitalady. The praline sounds delicious!
