Good Morning Folks:
Back from a long weekend. I hope everybody had a wonderful fourth and a safe weekend afterwards. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Turkey & cheese on Sandwich Thin
Snack: Yogurt Greek Bar
Dinner: 1/2 steak and cheese subway
Snack: Banana (need a little extra potassium)
Exercise: I have fallen off the wagon but will try to do better. I am trying to talk the hubby into getting a treadmill for our home. Keep your fingers cross for me.
Have a great day and week and don't forget those vits and fluids. Temps here today are going back up in the 90's, I can feel my sparkle coming on!

Glad to hear you had a great holiday + weekend. Mine was really good, also. Not a lot of activity here at BOTT this weekend, so I'm thinking everyone was off having a great time. Good way to get off our feet and get moving!
You might want to point out the advantages of having a home treadmill during the heat of summer, and the frigid winter days, not to mention rainy days. Your hubby would probably enjoy using it too. Right now, mine is getting put to good use by my daughter and granddaughters. I am still restricted from using it, but hope I'll be able to again someday.
I'm late posting for yesterday (had a late night), so here it is. No bike workout yesterday due to time constraints. My eats were:
B: 1 c blueberries, 6 ozs Light & Fit yogurt
L: 5 ozs leftover beef/turkey meatballs in marinara on sandwich thin, 2 tbsps grated parmesan
S: 1 oz peanuts
D: 1/2 grilled chicken breast and 2 wings (skinless)
S: 2/3 c blueberries
I've been really falling off track on the vegetables. I like fresh vegs and love to buy and cook them the same day, but haven't been feeling up to going to the store too much lately. I feel kinda sluggish most days, and I'm sure it's the muscle relaxants. But I'm going today after my doc's appt, because my body is craving some fresh vegs right about now. Have a great day!
I hear you on the veggies... For good few months i was in pain and could not handle fruits and veggies.. so now I am on rebound - I missed it so I have a hard time limiting quantities.. not very smart.. since too much fruits makes me dump and too much veggies gives me horrible gas...
But I think things will stabilize eventually...

Good to see you posting.. I do enjoy Sheila posts.. I am glad she is doing that when you can't.. Sheila - please don't stop... It is my reminder what to do... .I check often - just don't have much to add... and it is same 'ol, same 'ol with me...

hi there, i've got a summer cold and feel like whining! i hate being sick. i'm a real baby about it. but doing fine with food so thats a plus.
today:
b: muesli w/almond milk; 1/2 grapefruit: coffee
l: grilled pork, papaya salad, a bit of brown rice
s: nugo slim bar
d: mozzarella, tomato, meatball and a bit of pasta (tim cooked, how cute!)
have a good one!
