Back On Track Together
Monday...back to the program!
The 4th is over, I had lots of good times with my family and friends and now, it's back to the program!! I did really well, I may not have gotten up and walked each morning but I did go up and down the river back which is like 4 flights of stairs several times a day :) Yesterday when I jumped on the scales I was under 200 which would normally mean I had lost 5 lbs but I do believe I was dehydrated and this morning the 5 lbs was back but thats ok cuz I didn't pay any attention to my eats or drinks! I can say, that I went up and down those flights of stairs without having to stop!!!! Again, it is now back to my new normal....1300 calories, I did get up and walk this morning and now Ya'll have a great day!
