Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

No C&C posted for Friday yet, so here's one.  Hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend, and be careful out there.  Not much to tell today.  Recumbent bike workout done, 32 minutes covering 4.1 miles.  Back pain is still there, but more manageable since starting the muscle relaxants.  Still no news about the MRI, so that may be good news.  Either that, or the holiday delayed the phone call.  I'm hoping for the former.  Today I ate:

 

B:  1/2 c each fresh strawberries and blueberries topped with 6 ozs Light & Fit yogurt, 2 strips low sodium turkey bacon

L:  lettuce and tomato salad with 4 strips above turkey bacon and 2 ozs lean beef burger (chopped), 2 tbsps light ranch dressing

S:  SF vanilla iced International coffee

D:  homemade lean sirloin stir-fry made with light soy and low sodium beef broth (no rice/pasta)
