Happy Hump Day Botters:
I had all my body shots made yesterday at the plastic surgeon's office and the different from the beginning pictures to the end are amazing. This really is the end purpose of getting our bodies back where they should have been all along. I even got pictures in my hot pink cheekie underwear although I have to say wearing thong like underwear for any length of time is not my cup of coffee. This is definitely a young woman's adventure. My doctor was please with all my results and said to call him if anything needed to be looked at or he would see me in nine months.
My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee
2nd Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Turkey and cheese on wheat sandwich thin
Snack: Greek Yogurt Bar
Dinner: Chicken Fajitas
Snack: Mini Ice Cream Cone

As for a thing, I wear them all the time with pants. No panty lines... And with not so firm butt, that is a great thing. It took me a while to get use to them, but when I finally found nice cotton thongs - it really in no biggie.

No bike workout yesterday, and my intake was a little off too. Not much appetite for some reason. Got that turkey bacon in though, lol and found that the low sodium kind tastes better than the regular. So that's 80 or 85mg (forgot which) per slice vs 135mg for the regular. My conscience can live with that a lot better :) My eats were:
B: 1/2 Quest bar, 4 strips low sodium turkey bacon
L: 1 and 1/2 c mixed berries with 6 ozs Light & Fit yogurt
D: 1/2 grilled chicken breast (skinless)
LNS: 1 c mixed berries
